Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Field Welder to join our team. This role involves installing, removing, and maintaining piers, boat lifts, and accessories using hand tools and machinery. You will play a key role in the construction, maintenance, and repair of marine structures, including welding steel and aluminum components.

Requirements

  • Assist in the construction, maintenance, and dismantling of docks, piers, and other marine structures.
  • Load, unload, identify, and distribute building materials and equipment as needed for daily operations.
  • Strong welding and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Operate heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, and loaders.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Load, unload, and distribute construction materials using heavy machinery.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist in the preparation and site setup for construction projects.
  • Perform precision tasks such as grading, trenching, and digging using heavy equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
