What You Will Do
Perform thorough eye exams, including dilation as needed, prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, conduct medical eye exams as required, and deliver an exceptional patient experience with warmth and clear communication.

Requirements
- Licensed Optometrist in Ohio with NPI number and liability insurance

- Credentialed with major insurance providers (Medicare, Eyemed, Davis/Versant, UHC/Spectera, Aetna, etc.) or willing to obtain
