Job Description
Gemini Industries is seeking a Fill-Off Associate at its El Reno, Oklahoma manufacturing center. The position is an entry-level position with growth opportunities. The Fill-Off Associate will work in the manufacturing facility and fill finished products into the appropriate containers. The position offers a full-time schedule, full benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Be able to read all batch tickets thoroughly and have a clear understanding of appropriate containers to use.
  • Utilize a variety of machines to fill product into containers.
  • Count finished containers and enter information in the Provisio computer program.
  • Drive a forklift to take finished product to the Shipping Department.
  • Follow all safety rules and assure work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all company rules and policies.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and alone.
  • Work with employee owners to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
  • Report for all scheduled shifts on time and return from breaks and lunches in a timely manner.
