Role OverviewThe Filler Operator will help keep the filling line running safely, efficiently, and consistently, producing high-quality packaged products. The role is essential to the production of sweet syrups and sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. The Filler Operator will work in a collaborative team environment, where employees are encouraged to support one another's success.
What You Will Do
The Filler Operator will perform tasks such as monitoring product levels, pressures, and specifications, performing weight checks and making minor adjustments, inspecting seals and overall package quality, and running basic tests and recording results.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience
- Chemical handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Pallet jack or forklift experience
- Microsoft Office and SAP experience
