Role OverviewWe are seeking a Finance & Accounting Associate to join our team in Plano, Texas. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Billing, Finance Operations, Treasury Operations, or a related finance function.
What You Will Do
The Finance & Accounting Associate will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, and supporting collection of outstanding payments. They will also process customer payments and refunds, provide remittance information to the Cash Application team, and address collection-related matters raised by management.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable, Billing, Finance Operations, Treasury Operations, or a related finance function
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a Collection Specialist or in a similar Accounts Receivable or collections-related role
- Minimum 3+ years of experience monitoring customer accounts, following up on overdue balances, and supporting collection of outstanding payments
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Solid understanding of relevant accounting principles and financial processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and experience working with financial or operational databases
