Role OverviewThe Finance/Accounting Intern: Local Receivables will perform entry-level administrative and technical duties in the Local Receivables Team in the Accounting Section. Work involves performing a wide range of administrative and office support work for the department. The intern will be exposed to all things Finance while working in their assigned areas.
What You Will Do
Develop spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic documents. Assist with validating project funding, data analysis, reviewing construction agreements, reconciling various funding sources and project expenditures. Gather basic data and assist with routine analyses. Maintain confidential information and records. Assist in processing routine documents such as vouchers, journal entries, reimbursement requests, etc.

Requirements
- Must be a student in high school or other educational institution or accepted into a college, university or educational institution.
- Must be at least 16 years of age, a student currently enrolled in high school or any institution of higher education to include a trade/vocational school.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, etc. highly preferred.
