Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Financial Analyst to support financial planning, operational analysis, and strategic decision-making across our growing organization. In this role, you'll work closely with leaders across Operations, Sales, Fleet, Service, and Finance to provide meaningful insights that drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and return on capital.
What You Will Do
You will perform financial planning and forecasting, business performance analysis, and reporting and business intelligence. You will also analyze fleet investments, capital allocation decisions, and equipment disposition strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.
