Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Finance & Accounting Analyst to join our New York team. As a recent graduate, you will support core accounting operations, gain hands-on exposure to a dynamic, transaction-driven business, and work with modern tools, including AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
  • Foundational understanding of accounting principles (accounts payable, general ledger basics)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new tools and systems
  • Interest or exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analysis is a plus
