Role OverviewThe Finance and Administrative Manager supports the Project Director by overseeing all financial, contractual, and administrative aspects of task order implementation. The position is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, invoice preparation, subcontract administration, consultant agreements, financial forecasting, records management, and compliance with contract requirements.
What You Will Do
Manage task order financial operations, prepare and oversee financial reports, administer consultant agreements, maintain contract files, and ensure compliance with contractual, financial, security, and administrative requirements.

Requirements
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, contracts management, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum seven years of progressively responsible experience managing finances and administration for U.S. Government-funded contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, or international development programs
- Demonstrated experience preparing project budgets, financial reports, invoices, and cost projections for complex multi-year projects
- Demonstrated experience administering subcontracts, consultant agreements, and other procurement mechanisms
- Experience supporting Department of State, USAID, DoD, or other federal programs. Department of State experience preferred
