Role OverviewThe Finance and Procurement Director will lead finance, procurement, and commercial operations for a private cloud account environment. This role requires a proven record of success managing account financials, procurement governance, vendor engagement, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost optimization in complex technology services environments.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, accounting coordination, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and procurement oversight for private cloud services delivery, as well as supporting senior leadership on financial management and leading tracking of orders, sales, backlog, purchase orders, vendor commitments, and procurement milestones.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of experience in finance, procurement, commercial operations, or account financial management, preferably supporting technology, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services environments
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial practices, procurement governance, vendor management, purchase order processes, and sourcing controls
- Strong knowledge of commercial finance and public sector account management, including orders, sales, backlog, procurement tracking, and customer-facing financial reporting
- Thorough knowledge of financial, tax, procurement, compliance, and legal best practices with a proven ability to provide sound and ethical counsel to executive leadership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and trade-off decision-making skills
- Strong experience leading cross-functional stakeholders, supporting customer-facing discussions, and achieving program and business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Superb time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and financial reporting applications
