Role OverviewThe ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling sophisticated leveraged finance transactions and representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or financial institutions in complex debt financing matters.
What You Will Do
Represent private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions in leveraged finance and debt financing transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, provide legal guidance, and support clients with ongoing financing and compliance matters.

Strong understanding of sophisticated debt financing transactions and related documentation, excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and client service skills are required.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of leveraged finance experience at a large law firm
- Experience representing private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and/or lenders in leveraged finance transactions
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission in good standing to the Massachusetts Bar required
Benefits
- Anticipated salary range $310,000–$390,000 annually
