Job Description
We are working with a dynamic boutique law firm seeking a Finance Associate for their Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience representing financial institutions and borrowers
  • Experience in senior secured and mezzanine financings is strongly preferred
  • Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience
  • CT Bar admission, or the ability to become admitted in CT, required. NY Bar admission is a plus
