Job Description
Finance Associate Attorney (Structured / Asset-Based Finance) position available at a leading international law firm. Opportunity to work on complex financing transactions and lead client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in structured finance and/or asset-based lending transactions
  • Strong experience with securitizations and securitization-related structures
  • Background representing issuers, investors, and/or lenders in complex financing deals
  • Excellent academic credentials and prior Big Law experience
  • Admission to the New York State Bar
