Job Description
Bridgewater Associates is a premier asset management firm seeking a Finance Associate to support its Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team. The role involves developing and using financial analytics to inform Senior Leaders on Bridgewater's financial health, risk, and opportunities. The successful candidate will have a hunger to leverage financial analytics to tell and shape the business story, be an independent thinker, and have a high level of analytical ability.
Requirements
1-3 years of analytical work experience in a corporate finance, investor relations, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting setting, including sophisticated financial modeling.
Strong ownership mentality with a track record of driving impact through creative problem solving and owning solutions from ideation to execution.
Highly reliable and organized with keen attention to detail, high quality control standards and ability to meet tough deadlines.
Bachelor's degree ideally in Finance or Accounting with a strong academic track record.
