Role OverviewThe Finance Coordinator will report to the Senior Vice President of Finance and work with the Development team throughout the acquisition and development process. The position will interact with other departments of HTG to advance the new projects through all stages of the development process.
What You Will Do
Regular forecasting and budgeting, preparing ad-hoc reports, project accounting, quantitative and qualitative due diligence, support the underwriting and structuring of equity and debt, preparation of pre- and post-construction insurance binders, direct communication with equity and lending institutions.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in finance preferred
- Associate degree in business, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in Excel required
