Job Description
The Finance Coordinator provides administrative and financial operations support for the Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) department and serves as a critical liaison with procurement and accounts payable to ensure that financial activities associated with financial operations, philanthropic gifts, and grants are efficiently managed, maintained, and compliant with all applicable university policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite, excel and budgeting software, familiarity with Workday preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
