What You Will Do
Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, structure and negotiate syndicated lending and secured lending transactions, and advise clients on cash flow credit facilities.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- 3–6 years of experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance
- Experience with cash flow credit facilities
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client management skills
