What You Will Do
Represent borrowers in commercial finance transactions, structure and negotiate syndicated lending and secured lending transactions, and advise clients on borrower-side private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in good standing
- Experience representing clients in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance matters
- Experience with borrower-side private equity-sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
