Finance Data Analyst

The Finance Data Analyst will play a critical role in shaping strategies that improve member experiences, streamline operations, and support the mission of financial empowerment. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and 2-3 years of data analysis or analytics experience. The candidate will have advanced verbal and written communication skills, advanced presentation skills, and the ability to work with a large degree of independence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 2-3 years of data analysis or analytics experience
• Proficiency in using advanced data analysis and visualization tools
• Ability to integrate data insights into business processes
• Understanding of complex data sets
• Code development using SQL
• Performance measure development
• Organization, analysis, and modeling of multiple data sources
• Development of data visualizations, dashboards, KPI's, etc.
• Tableau development
• Experience with hands-on database querying experience
• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
