Role OverviewBizTek People is in search of an experienced Data Analytics Consultant professional to support a critical implementation of the enterprise performance management (EPM) tool OneStream and the decommissioning of an existing Oracle-based Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with finance, IT, and a third-party System Integrator (SI) to validate data integrity during the one-time data migration, execute data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), design and build interactive Power BI dashboards, and train end-users on Power BI dashboards and OneStream reporting features.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Investment banking industry experience
- Proficiency in BI tools, particularly Power BI and SQL, including writing DAX code for complex calculations and ETL processes
- Strong background in data validation
- Strong understanding of databases and OLAP cubes, and experience integrating data into Power BI semantic layers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
