Role OverviewAs a Finance Director, Clean Air, you will help drive our goals by owning regional financial performance for the Americas, leading finance business partnering, and acting as a key finance advisor to the Managing Director and leadership team.
What You Will Do
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, including scenario planning, risk management, and performance tracking across the region. You will also lead and develop the Americas finance team, building capability across FP&A, controllership, and plant finance.

Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) or MBA preferred
- Proven regional or segment finance leadership experience with accountability for sizeable P&Ls
- Strong experience in balance sheet ownership, statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial controls across multiple entities or countries
- Advanced analytical and commercial capability
- Strong strategic and stakeholder management skills
