The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional finance experience, specialization in a core finance discipline, and an advanced degree in finance or a related field.

Responsibilities include evaluating finance knowledge work tasks, developing instruction specs, designing challenging finance tasks, and collaborating with the research team to build finance-specific skills and tools.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional finance experience at a recognized institution
- Specialization in a core finance discipline such as corporate finance, investment banking, or quantitative finance
- Progression to a senior individual-contributor or leadership level
- An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in finance or a related field, and/or a recognized professional credential such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
- Hands-on experience with large language models in professional work
- Commitment to 40 hours/week for an initial engagement of 6 months
- Reside in the Bay Area, California and work on-site when required
