The Finance Expert will evaluate finance knowledge work tasks and AI model outputs, write high-quality instruction specs, and design challenging finance tasks and evaluation sets. They will also collaborate with client researchers and specialists to maintain consistent standards.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional finance experience at a recognized institution

- An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in finance or a related field and/or a recognized professional credential such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
- Hands-on experience with large language models
- Excellent written communication skills
