Job Description
The intern will assist the Finance team in reviewing and documenting procedures for Excel files, providing support to the Accounts Payable Team, and maintaining the Vendor MasterFile.

Requirements

  • Partner with process owners to walk through existing Excel files and document processes.
  • Review existing process user guides and audit control narratives for alignment and update.
  • Assist the AP Manager with reviewing 1099 vendors and tracking vendors and their Trinity contacts.
