Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, financial reporting, and tax-related matters for the U.S. and Canadian entities, with a focus on soundness and integrity of balance sheet accounts and timely resolution of financial matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in accounting and/or finance
  • Prior experience in the distribution and/or service industry
  • Proven expertise in month-end, quarter-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing using ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in external audits, corporate tax compliance, and general tax laws
  • Solid understanding of cross-functional business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with HQ, external auditors, tax authorities, and professional service firms
