Role OverviewThe Finance Manager ensures the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. They produce additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products to customers. The Finance Manager works in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple transactions, and must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
What You Will Do
Make monthly projections, determine forecasts, sell finance and insurance products, establish relationships with finance sources, submit paperwork, meet with salespeople, conduct sales meetings, handle rate quotations, verify insurance, and log sales income.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager in an automotive dealership
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
