Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Finance Manager to support the AAIS SVP and VP of Finance. This role provides direct exposure to senior leadership and plays a critical role in driving financial insights and operational rigor across the organization.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain deep expertise across key business areas, own financial reporting, KPI tracking, and core Rhythm of Business (RoB) mechanisms, perform advanced financial analysis and modeling, and serve as a bridge between business and finance.

Requirements
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
