Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will lead company-wide finance transformation projects, work closely with various stakeholders, and challenge the status quo to think differently about how finance supports the business. This person will need to understand business unit financials and anticipate the impact of finance transformation projects on other teams and processes.

The key job responsibilities include leading large-scale change management initiatives, partnering with Business Finance teams, generating business insights, and communicating complex financial insights effectively. Ad hoc financial analysis and data support for business teams is also required.

Requirements
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
