Finance Manager, Global Logistics Finance

We are searching for an exceptionally talented finance professional to own financial planning and analysis for our transportation offerings. As a Finance Manager, you will build the financial plans for the worldwide business, understand critical business KPI's and levers within financial plans, and make recommendations based on opportunity.

What You Will Do

A day in the life of a Finance Manager includes building financial plans, understanding critical business KPI's, and making recommendations based on opportunity. You will work collaboratively across a matrixed organization to define financial plans, measure financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
