Role OverviewThe Finance Manager, Justice Program will play a critical role in supporting MassHealth's reentry demonstration request for justice-involved individuals. They will have significant programmatic responsibility and autonomy, leading cross-functional strategic and financial workstreams, particularly focused on developing financial strategy & managing program budgets.
What You Will Do
The Manager will spearhead financial strategy and execution for ensuring the provision of pre-release healthcare services to justice-involved members, emphasizing financial optimization within the equity-driven framework of MassHealth. This position will report to the Finance unit and work closely and collaboratively across the Health and Justice Policy & Programs team.
