Job Description
Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world. We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations. As a Finance Manager, you'll help build and run the FP&A function from the ground up, responsible for establishing the infrastructure we need to scale, without creating unnecessary overhead for the team.

Requirements

  • Own the company financial model, including revenue forecasts, headcount planning, cash flow, and scenario analysis
  • Prepare financial materials and diligence responses in support of fundraising and investor relations
  • Build lightweight FP&A processes – reporting cadences, variance analysis, KPI tracking – optimized for low organizational burden
  • Partner with the CEO and COO on resource allocation and strategic financial decisions
  • Track actuals against forecast and surface variances with clear recommendations
  • Serve as the primary liaison to external accountants; own the financial outputs, not the accounting work
  • Manage government contract invoicing
