Job Description
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role will provide oversight and support for the company's commercial and operations finance functions, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and close exercises. The Finance Manager will develop a robust skill set and interact with internal business partners to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field
  • 6+ years of relevant working experience within the Finance or Accounting field
  • Strong financial acuity, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports
  • Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel
  • Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred
