Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing and reporting business unit performance, supporting business leaders and cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and return on investment, and leading and maintaining a strong internal control environment. This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Wood Dale, IL, with a planned relocation to the Merchandise Mart (Chicago) in early 2027.
What You Will Do
Analyze and report business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis focusing on critical business drivers. Partner with Accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial statements and adherence with internal controls. Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts including free cash flow.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university
- Five + years related experience and/or training
- CPA preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Pivot table skills
