Role OverviewThe Finance Manager serves as the Club's financial leader and trusted business partner, responsible for overseeing the overall financial health of Green Bay Country Club. This role provides strategic financial analysis and guidance to support organizational objectives, operational excellence, and long-term planning.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, prepare monthly financial statements, lead the annual budgeting process, maintain compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and internal control standards, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
