Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, debt management, lending, capital markets, or financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Understanding of debt markets, interest rates, and commercial lending practices
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working within a family office, private investment firm, owner-operator, or entrepreneurial real estate organization
