Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while overseeing key financial processes that drive informed decision-making and operational effectiveness. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models and pro forma analyses, and partnering with departments across the organization to evaluate financial performance.

What You Will Do

The Finance Manager will lead the short-term and long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, and assist the CFO in long-term financial planning, including capital allocation and investment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related fields
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Experience developing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support business decision-making
• Proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or other data analytics and visualization tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
