Role Overview

As a Finance Manager, you will be the trusted finance partner for multiple Amazon Robotics fulfillment center locations, supporting operational and functional leaders. You will focus on financial excellence, think like an owner, and drive improvements. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, collaborating with Ops and Support teams to help make Amazon the Earth’s Best Employer.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities will include business finance support, controllership, communication, and team leadership. You will build financial models and analyses, provide recommendations to business leaders, and identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and improve processes.

You will work closely with Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
  • MBA, or CPA (preferred)
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
  • Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • 5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g. financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
