As Manager of Financial Operations & Reporting, you will own the

Requirements

5-7 years in finance, with meaningful time in FP&A, financial reporting, or a finance operations role at a high growth technology company
Oracle EP--hands-on experience, not just exposure. You've built or maintained reporting hierarchies, managed close processes in the system, and troubleshot data integrity issues
Experience with at least one enterprise planning tool (Anaplan, Oracle Planning, Adaptive, or equivalent)
Demonstrated track record of process improvement. You've identified a broken close or reporting workflow, diagnosed the root cause, and built the fix
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (accruals, journal entries, cost center structure)
