Role OverviewJoin the Revenue and Gross Margin team within the Central Finance Team (CFT) to influence Microsoft's financial performance and strategic direction. As a Finance Manager, you will provide financial insights and analysis to inform Senior Leadership, investor, and Board discussions.
What You Will Do
Lead monthly close, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Develop executive-ready reporting, commentary, and business insights on key growth drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
- Finance, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence across organizations and manage complex cross-functional partnerships
- Written and verbal communication skills, including executive storytelling
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive results through others
