Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will work with the Sub Same Day team to influence the strategic direction of the business, drive operational excellence, and make sound investment and expansion decisions. They will collaborate with various stakeholders and business units across Amazon to drive businesses forward.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout Amazon. They will also deliver financial reporting/planning, make thoughtful judgement calls, and communicate data in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- MBA or CPA (preferred)
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business experience
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems
