Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you'll assist the Director of Finance in overseeing accounting and general ledger functions at the hotel, supervising purchasing and receiving staff. Duties include managing accounting records, reconciliations, and financial closings, as well as promoting financial literacy across hotel departments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (hotel accounting experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and financial systems (Opera, PMS, MICROS, ADP, Dimensions)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable mindset
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
