Role OverviewThe Finance Manager will be a trusted finance partner for Productivity and Hours Controllership, overseeing a vast network of fulfillment centers, coordinating initiatives across multiple organizations, and driving an agenda of optimization, efficiency, and insights across TSSL. This role will partner closely with leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology.

The successful candidate will influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. They will collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon, prioritize impactful projects, and drive the TSSL business segment forward.

Requirements
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
- Bachelor's degree
