Role Overview

The Finance Program Manager will oversee program administration, client coordination, performance tracking, reporting, invoicing, customer pipeline management, and outreach activities for a hybrid program management and customer outreach role.

What You Will Do

The Program Manager will manage day-to-day program operations, serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the utility client, conduct public sector outreach, develop customer relationships, qualify customer opportunities, manage the customer pipeline, advance customers through participation, and coordinate technical services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, environmental studies, energy management, engineering, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, energy efficiency, customer engagement, account management, outreach, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program operations, schedules, deliverables, reporting, documentation, and multiple concurrent priorities
  • Experience recruiting, engaging, or managing commercial, institutional, governmental, or other organizational customers
  • Proven ability to manage professional client relationships, lead meetings, communicate performance, coordinate priorities, and resolve issues
  • Experience supporting budgets, invoicing, revenue tracking, financial reporting, or program-level financial management
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, project management tools, and reporting platforms
