Job Description
ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a VP, Finance Technology to join the Data & Enterprise Services team. The role will focus on stabilizing, enhancing, and expanding Oracle accounting capabilities, onboarding new subledger and compensation-related functionality, and integrating accounting outputs into downstream data and reporting platforms.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Finance Technology, ERP systems, or accounting platform roles, preferably within financial services or asset management.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA).
Experience supporting accounting remediation, system reviews, or platform health improvements.
Proven experience onboarding new subledger or accounting-related systems and integrating them into Oracle GL.
Strong understanding of finance-industry accounting workflows, including investment accounting, intercompany activity, and cash-related postings.
Experience integrating accounting systems with enterprise data platforms (e.g., for reporting, analytics, or AUM-related use cases).
Strong SQL skills for accounting data analysis and reconciliation.
Ability to work effectively with Accounting teams, vendors, and consulting partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across complex accounting data flows.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
