The Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and contributing to the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. This role also supports budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Maintain the general ledger for multiple locations
  • Reconcile bank account activity daily
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Perform detailed analysis of location financial statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Support audit requirements
