Requirements

  • 1–3 years as a licensed Financial Advisor
  • Active Series 7 & 66
  • $250K+ trailing 12-month revenue
  • $25MM+ AUM
  • At least 10 HNW client relationships ($1MM+ households)
  • 10+ completed financial plans in the last year
  • Strong communication skills and a business-building mindset
