Requirements

  • Assume co-advisor and/or lead-advisor role on existing clients
  • Provide world-class service, host meetings, optimize book of business, enhance servicing skills
  • Participate in and/or lead strategic onboarding processes
  • Retain clients / Grow wallet share, earn referrals, earn badging for house=generate referrals, grown network
  • Leverage Advisor AI capabilities to elevate the client experience
