Job Description
WealthBridge Financial Group is a wealth management firm that recruits transitioning service members from Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Naval Base Kitsap (Bremerton/Bangor), NAS Whidbey Island (Oak Harbor), Fairchild AFB (Spokane), and Coast Guard installations across Puget Sound. The position offers a full transition pathway, pre-licensing guidance, 4-week joint-field training, comprehensive mentorship, and licensing support.
Requirements
Honorable discharge
Active transition (TAP/SkillBridge with command approval)
Current Guard/Reserve status
Military spouse of an active-duty service member
Washington residency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to learning and professional development
Ability to obtain Washington Life & Disability insurance license
Willingness to pursue SIE + Series 6 or 7 + Series 63/66 within 12 months
