What You Will Do
Prepare client reports, participate in client meetings, set up accounts, transfer assets, and prepare meeting agendas and reports. Develop new business opportunities and create and implement financial plans with clients.

Requirements
- 3-5 years working in a financial planning environment
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- CFP designation completed
- Working knowledge of CRM system (Redtail or comparable)
- Financial planning software (Money Guide Pro or comparable)
- Ability to work with custodians (Schwab)
- Quick learning and application of tools, technologies, and processes
- Self-starter, motivated by continuous learning
- Organized, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Alignment with firm values
- Team player, collaborative, and ability to work in a small company/team environment
