Role Overview

Our client is a boutique wealth management firm seeking a Financial Advisor to support the advisory team in delivering ongoing service to clients. The role involves preparing for client meetings, assisting with planning-related tasks, and coordinating follow-up items. This person will have an opportunity for rapid advancement to a Private Wealth Advisor role.

What You Will Do

Supports the lead advisor in maintaining strong client relationships, assists with day-to-day servicing needs, drafts client communication, captures meeting notes, and creates and tracks action items. Prepares and generates client review materials, drafts and implements financial plans, and assists with investment management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management
  • Series 7, 66 or 65 are required
  • Health and Life Insurance Licenses preferred
  • CFP designation a plus

  • Salary ($80k-110k+)
  • $2,500 quarterly bonus for meeting goals
